What You Can Expect
We assess each case according to the merits, prior to acceptance. After assessing your case, upon request, we will estimate the anticipated time and expense necessary to bring the case to a point of conclusion and we will not exceed the projected cost unless we receive prior approval from our client(s). A retainer may be required prior to service depending on the anticipated extent of the investigation. At the conclusion of the case, we will provide a detailed invoice of all charges, indicating any balance due, or if a retainer was required, provide a refund of any excess retainer funds.
It is our goal to meet or hopefully exceed any expectations our clients may have when hiring a private investigative agency to perform the much-needed investigative task.
